JOB OPENING – Greenhouse worker

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Seeding.
  • Movement: Move product in accordance to plans and schedules set by production personnel, and move seeded or planted products into greenhouses.
  • Maintenance: Assist maintenance team with maintenance, cleaning and prevenative maintenance procedures.
  • Growing: Taking care of plants and crops.

   

• • • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • Must be able to work in all Greenhouse conditions.
    • Must be able to lift or move up to 20 kg (for male workers), and push/pull racks on wheels with or without reasonable accomodation.
    • Job requires employees to be on their feet for long periods of time, sit, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch or crawl with or without reasonable accomodation.
