2013. The Partnership for Rural Communities program, funded by USAID (PRP USAID), has launched a five-year program in Armenia since August. Under the auspices of the National Center for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in Armenia, the project is being implemented by the Agribusiness and Rural Development Center (CARD), Gegharkunik Chamber of Commerce and Industry, EV Consulting, which has extensive experience in community development.
